Doctor prescribes emotional health and exercise for the heart

Marc Gillinov, M.D., cardiac surgeon at the Cleveland Clinic Heart and Vascular Institute in Ohio, is set to give the second lecture in the Medical Center Lecture Series about the number one health threat, heart disease. Information about heart health abounds, filling web pages and shelves at bookstores. But much of this information is incorrect. Separating myth from truth is challenging, but can be lifesaving.
