Online Appointments allows you to check available dates and times, schedule, re-schedule and even cancel appointments with our Visiting Specialists any time of day, from anywhere in the world.
This system tracks and confirms appointments by email address or phone number. Before using the system for the first time, please contact Pam Zimmerman so she can confirm that we have your correct and current email address and/or phone number. You can contact Pam via email

Making, Rescheduling & Canceling Appointments
If you have not used the online Appointments service before, we suggest that you start at the Visiting Specialists
page. We make this recommendation because a few of our Visiting Specialists do not use the online Appointment service and have their own instructions for making appointments. Starting on that page will allow you to click on your Specialist's name, and you will be taken to their page where you will be able to click on a link to the online Appointments page *or* find out how to make an appointment with them. If they use the online Appointments service, you will see a link on their page that returns you to this page to enter your information online.
Once you are here, complete all the boxes that pop up as you enter information and then click the red "Next" button. The Appointment Setter will guide you through the rest of the process. To reschedule or cancel an appointment you have already made online, simply click the blue "Change an Existing Appointment" button and follow the instructions. If you have confirmed that your Specialist uses Online Appointments but cannot find his or her name listed when you try to select them, it is because all of that Specialist's available appointment times have been filled. This will rarely occur, but should this happen, please call Pam at the Medical Center at 305-367-6702 for more information.
If you leave the Appointment Setter by visiting another webpage before completing your appointment, or accidentally leave the page, you can return by clicking the Appointments
tab that appears when you hover over the Visiting Specialists menu at the top of the page. You will be returned to the starting page when you return. Also, feel free to use the "Back" button to go back and make changes during the process; this will also return you to the starting page. We encourage you to explore this system and become familiar with it. Don't worry -- Nothing is "final" until you have pressed the "Confirm" button at the end of the process. If you need assistance, Pam is just a phone call away.
Instant, Automatic Confirmation via Email
Within seconds of scheduling your online appointment, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you have provided. (If you add comments for the physician, those comments will be printed in the body of the email, along with the specialist's name and date and time of the appointment, for your records.)
If You Need to Make a Change
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, simply click the blue "Change an Existing Appointment" button and follow the instructions. You will receive a confirmation email confirming the new appointment time or cancelled appointment.
Scheduling that fits Your Schedule
In most cases you can schedule appointments up to four months in advance, and you can reschedule or cancel appointments up to one business day in advance of the scheduled appointment. We would appreciate as much notice as possible with cancellations and reschedulings, so our specialists have the opportunity to make the most of their time at the Medical Center.
